摘要: A patient admitted to hospital after injury the abdomen was found have transient hypertension which followed by profound hypotension. ST elevation developed and extensive myocardial akinesia seen at echocardiography, but coronary angiograms this stage were normal. After treatment with intravenous fluids dopamine he progressively recovered normal cardiac function. partly necrotic catecholamine secreting tumour later removed from it is likely that a kick had damaged consequent release of triggered phaeochromocytoma crisis.
