摘要: Results of a 2-year study in rainforest zone south-western Nigeria to determine the effects various planting and harvesting times on yield, HCN, dry-matter accumulation starch contents cassava showed that significantly affected all variables studied. May gave highest yield arid contents, which suggests large-scale production for industrial human consumption should be planted month May.The time experiment shows tuber will continue increase until 24th month, although, because increasing demand land, it not economic leave field more than 15 months. For optimum accumulation, harvested between 12
