Most counties, however, are relatively prosperous, with low unemployment school dropout average household incomes. For density less appealing landscapes distinguish them from other counties. Both types stand out on two measures, indicating that quality-of-life factors inhibit inmigration: lack retirees moving local manufacturers citing the area’s unattractiveness as problem recruiting managers professionals.
