摘要: Objectives To investigate Bsm I single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) of vitamin D receptor gene (VDRG) in low-risk Chinese Han population and its relationship to the susceptibility prostate cancer (PCa), discuss possible reason for racial difference PCa. Methods One hundred three patients with PCa 106 normal controls, mainly from Northern population, were enrolled this study. Their blood samples obtained, all which genotyped SNP by denaturing high performance liquid chromatography(DHPLC) methods using case-control Results The distribution genotype allele had no significant between controls (P > 0.05). frequencies bb, Bb BB genotypes 92.23%/94.34%, 7.77%/5.66%, 0/0, respectively. B b 3.88%, 96.12% 2.91%, 97.09%, Conclusions results indicate VDRG polymorphisms population. varies different ethnic populations, may be one
