摘要: Abstract La 1− x Ga FeO 3 ( = 0.0, 0.1, 0.2, 0.3 and 0.4) nanoparticles were synthesized by polymerization complex method. X-ray diffraction (XRD) results reveal a pure orthorhombic phase structure. Increasing of content, resulting in the decrease average crystallite sizes calculated XRD from 58.4 ± 5.9 to 13.4 ± 4.3 nm particle estimated transmission electron microscope (TEM) images 70.2 ± 4.5 21.4 ± 8.5 nm. The optical band gaps determined UV–vis spectra showed redshift 2.145 1.954 eV that originates surface effect caused substitution. magnetic properties investigated using vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM). room temperature hysteresis loops 1– nanopowders indicate antiferromagnetic behavior all doped samples ferromagnetic with enhancement coercive field H c ), remanence M r ) magnetization due more disordering spins induced at particle. It is evident cool (FC) measurement 0.6 0.4 Curie T above 350 K.
