摘要: Under a white ambient light illumination and without bias, the color-cathode organic emitting device (OLED) shows various reflection colors to display information by utilizing internal interference cavity inside rear cathode. In this report, we employed high conductivity metal-organic material, tris(8-hydroxyquinolinato)aluminum (Alq3) doped with Ag nanoparticles, be interlayer of Its good is leading comparable electrical performance that reference device. There small increase driving voltage 0.5V at 100 mA/cm2 for OLED. addition, thicknesses varies 40, 60, 80 nm alter such as orange, purple, blue green.
