摘要: Interleukin-33 (IL-33) was recently implicated in cancer pathogenesis. However, the possible effect of IL-33 on tumor progression colorectal (CRC), which is one most commonly diagnosed and lethal cancers worldwide, still unclear. Here we evaluated potential role IL-33/ST2 pathway metastasis human CRC. We found an elevated expression ST2 tissues CRC patients. Higher expressions were observed poor-differentiated cells. Of note, stimulation promoted invasion cells a dose dependent manner. Enhanced signaling metastasis, while attenuated decreased metastasis. In consistent, enforced enhanced their growth, reduced survival time nude mice, inhibited prolonged mice. Finally, increased IL-6, CXCR4, MMP2 MMP9 response to cells, crucial for by stimulation. Collectively, our findings demonstrated that could contribute CRC, enlarge understanding pathogenesis provide clues developing new therapeutics.
