摘要: The CXCR4 and Nrf2 signaling pathways are abnormally activated in response to cellular stress various types of human cancers. In this study, we examined the expression colorectal cancer (CRC) tissue specimens investigated their correlation with patient clinicopathologic characteristics. We determined 76 CRC paired normal by immunohistochemistry real-time PCR. found that protein mRNA transcript levels were significantly higher than tissues, while expressions increased tissues compared distant non-cancerous tissues. High level was positively correlated poorly differentiated (P = 0.031), more advanced tumor-node-metastasis (TNM) stage 0.019), lymph node metastasis 0.007) 0.018). However, larger tumor size 0.049), TNM 0.013), 0.016) 0.023). Moreover, there a strong relationship between indicating high may contribute overexpression. addition, combined strongly 0.003). Furthermore, had stronger any single molecule did. This study indicated abnormal contributed progression CRC.
