摘要: A major drawback of the NPC inverter is an unequal power loss distribution among devices which leads to temperature stress them. Therefore, certain experience higher stress, main cause device module failure and thus both rating lifetime are limited by most stressed devices. In this paper, asymmetric selection method for proposed in order balance lifetimes The thermal analyzed based on 30 kW as a case study. Analytical impedance models depending chip size derived. Finally, using these models, junction temperatures discussed proper even selected.
