摘要: Personnel selection is a factor that has big impact on the development of individual leaders. An appropriate instrument for leaders assessment center (AC) method. This condensed probationary period in which candidates are observed and evaluated variety simulation exercises by group independent assessors with respect to several relevant behavioral dimensions, mostly used identify leadership potential.
