摘要: Ten healthy male volunteers were studied to compare the effectiveness of intravenous and subcutaneous injections 1mg glucagon on HGH secretion. Plasma level rose a peak 6ng/ml or greater 120 minutes after injection (sc glucagon) in all subjects, whereas (iv caused comparable increments plasma only six out ten subjects. Furthermore, comparison those sc periods required show maximum responses less consistent iv elucazon. IRG levels reached 102.4±22.6ng/ml at two following glucagon, 3.33±1.08ng/ml 15 glucagon. These fell initial 60 180 minutes, respectively. There was no definite correlation either between magnitudes changes velocities decrement blood sugar responsiveness. Judging from its simplicity reproducibility it may be concluded that is more suitable for clinical provocative test release than In regards mechanism glucagoninduced release, neither per se nor fall hyperglycemia assumed play any major role. The sustained elevation certain period might responsible glucagon-induced release.
