摘要: Abstract The proteins of rat brain membranes, viz., myelin, synaptic vesicles, and synaptosome have been compared by means disc electrophoresis contrasted to those mitochondria, the microsomal soluble fractions. protein myelin separates into four bands, two which solubility properties proteolipids. composition vesicles is complex, since they can be resolved at least sixteen bands. Various subfractions, microsomes with sedimentation similar display many similarities vesicles. These fractions are distinct, however, on basis a few differences in band intensity or presence distinct Synaptosome membranes similarly separate complex spectrum seventeen each appears present about equal concentration as approximated staining intensities. pattern resembles some extent that membranes.
