摘要: The current–voltage characteristics of Schottky junctions formed by using aluminum on polypyrrole, poly(N-methyl pyrrole) and the copolymer pyrrole–pyrrole) have been investigated. formation has confirmed capacitance–voltage Chot plots. results explained basis thermionic emission theory.
