摘要: A new signal detection technology is presented to improve the stability and robustness of optical voltage sensors (OVSs) based on Pockels effect for measurement ac dc voltages. The closed-loop error OVS a weak nonlinear vulnerable unavoidable noise. Simultaneously, nonlinearity noise in physical components OVSs are major causes performance deterioration system practical high-voltage applications. We design hardware that can precisely extract be applicable Based hardware, we analyze dynamic model considering effects nonlinearity, noise, time-delay. control scheme proved obtain exponential with desired attenuation level experimental results show has wide bandwidth up 24.5 kHz, maximum step 19.5 kV, accuracy within 0.2% 0.5%, respectively. validate effectiveness usefulness our proposed method.
