摘要: To study corona discharge in air, it is important to measure the electric field space, which directly related process. In this paper, we present a method for measuring with electro-optical modulation. This uses space laser modulation based on Bi4Ge3O12 (BGO) crystals, and suggest using dual optical path difference improve measurement performance. The error analyzed from theory, including of highly inhomogeneous due theoretical approximation. system calibration, noise were analyzed. dynamic linear range determined, effectiveness severely nonuniform verified by comparison finite element numerical simulation. We measured Trichel pulses under negative dc voltage found pulses. These results show that characteristics are field. Therefore, can provide strong support discharges.
