摘要: The present invention provides an oligomer having inherent viscosity η of 0.001-0.5 dl/g as measured at a concentration 0.5 g/dl in N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone 30° C., which has been obtained by subjecting to polymerization and imidization (a) acid component consisting aromatic tetracarboxylic dianhydride and/or derivative thereof (b) diamine 5-100 mole % diaminosiloxane represented the undermentioned formula (I) 95-0 organic other than (I): ##STR1## wherein R 1 is divalent aliphatic group 1-5 carbon atoms or 6 more atoms; 2 3 are each monovalent may be same different; m integer 1-100, well solution dissolving above solvent.
