摘要: Monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) against Toxoplasma gondii, Tg378 and Tg556 clones, are specifically observed to localize the dense granules of tachyzoites by immunofluorescence microscopy. mAb is directed GRA3, a previously described 30kDa granular protein. novel 36kDa protein, which we refer as GRA10. These major proteins in excretory/secretory from T. gondii before parasite's entry into host cells, they released parasitophorous vacuole (PV) during or shortly after invasion be associated with PV membrane. GRA10 binds membrane cells regardless its anchorage-dependence -independence. The cDNA sequence encoding was determined screening expression library Tg378. deduced amino acid consists polypeptide 364 acids, it has no significant homology any other known proteins. contains terminal signal peptides two potential transmembrane domains middle that not near carboxy terminus. RGD motif between domains.
