摘要: The regional distribution of substance P (SP) and K (SK) in the central nervous system peripheral tissues rats was studied. High levels SK-like immunoreactivity (SK-LI) SP-like (SP-LI) were found substantia nigra, nucleus tractus solitarius habenula. Neonatal treatment with capsaicin caused a significant decrease SK-LI content submaxillary gland, but had no effect on any area brain. These observations suggest that SK brain may have physiological roles.
