摘要: Colo-articular fistulas are rare complications that usually associated with inflammatory, infective or malignant bowel disease. We report the case of a 44-year-old male who was found to have colo-articular fistula intra-operatively during washout septic hip joint. The patient had no pre-existing disease, but an intravenous drug user, previously undergone Girdlestone procedure for osteomyelitis proximal femur. managed through multi-disciplinary team approach subsequent debridement and formation transverse loop colostomy control faeculent fistulous discharge.
