摘要: Retroperitoneal perforation of diverticular disease is very uncommon and can be difficult to diagnose because possible pathways communication between the retroperitoneal space thigh. An iliopsoas abscess from a ruptured diverticulum may drain into hip joint if capsule has been violated. Cases abscesses or gas in thigh have reported which pain was predominant symptom, overshadowing any abdominal signs. We report case sepsis due presenting feature.
