摘要: Abstract A controlled trial of the efficacy several anthelmintic compounds as a combined therapy in treatment gastrointestinal nematodes (GIN) and Fasciola hepatica (F. hepatica) naturally infected cattle was carried out. Twenty crossbred calves, 8–18 months old, were selected for inclusion based on finding eggs F. GIN faeces. They blocked four groups five animals each according to fecal egg counts day 0. Treatments sequentially allocated block follows: Group 1 served non-treated control; 2 treated with netobimin orally at 20 mg/kg; 3 received triclabendazole 12 mg/kg levamisole applied intramuscularly 5.5 mg/kg; 4 clorsulon administered subcutaneously (s.c.) 2 mg/kg ivermectin s.c. 200 μg/kg.
