摘要: Three controlled studies were conducted to determine the efficacy against late immature (6 weeks) Fasciola hepatica of two currently available fasciolicides (Genesis® Ultra and Coopers® Sovereign®) which are applied externally cattle. Efficacy products was assessed when application made under winter, spring summer conditions. Efficacies for respectively, based on arithmetic mean total fluke counts, 78.9%, 91.7% 99.6% Sovereign® 73.4%, 89.7% Genesis® Ultra. Seasonal differences with treatment indicated. The also confirmed previous observations that liver egg counts overestimate is most reliable method assessing such products.
