摘要: In order to investigate if genes conferring susceptibility leprosy and/or predisposition a particular type are linked HLA, we performed HLA-A and HLA-B typing on members of 29 families containing at least two siblings affected with from endemic area in Jiangsu Province, People's Republic China. Moreover, lepromin test nearly all the eight lepromatous leprosy. For 26 data permitted analyses segregation parental HLA-haplotypes observed among children relation status. Siblings (LL or BL) shared significantly more often than expected (p less 0.05), highly significant deficit 0.0005) was discordant for type. These confirm HLA-linked control and, particular, recently obtained evidence linkage HLA. Healthy did not share haplotype expected, those haplotypes which were patients sibship occur frequently healthy same sibship. The latter absence resistance An analysis results showed no cosegregation
