摘要: Abstract The interval between commitment to division and fission in synchronous cell samples is a constant fraction of the cycle (0.2) cycles up 6.5 h duration. In longer this has fixed duration about 80 min. point associated with six-rowed anlage stage oral primordium development (stage V). At cells carrying cc 1 mutation are not blocked by transfer restrictive conditions but rather proceed division. Stage V also stabilization for anlagen. When shifted prior stage, arrested resorption anlagen initiated. blocks contractile vacuole duplication migration under conditions. gene function required continuously transition point. timing morphogenetic stages asynchronous roughly similar that cells. There are, however, significant differences as estimated two experimental procedures.
