摘要: ABSTRACT Background The expectation for graduate medical education programs to ensure that trainees are progressing toward competence unsupervised practice prompted requirements a committee make decisions regarding residents' progress, termed clinical competency (CCC). The literature on the composition of these committees and how they share information render can inform work CCCs by highlighting vulnerabilities best practices. Objective We conducted narrative review group decision making help characterize CCCs, including populated use information.
