摘要: We reviewed 22 papers to identify the most prominently studied factors related information use in group decision making processes and explore research gaps this topic. identified eight main of process: sense identity diversity, heterogeneity or homogeneity, task perception, personality/individual viewpoints; access information, argument analysis, communication medium, rule. Our literature review suggested several directions: investigations members’ motivations sharing information; studies that mixed methods examine a topic; exploration various modes besides verbal written channels.
