摘要: Glycosylation is one of the most important and prevalent post-translational modifications proteins. Identifying structures such protein-linked glycans has become necessary in biochemistry analysis. In past decade, tandem mass spectrometry (MS/MS) gradually served as an effective technique glycoproteomics analysis because its high throughput sensitivity. Different approaches have emerged to address challenges computational based data. However, there are only a few available software tools characterizing using spectra produced from intact glycopeptides, which can conserve glycosylation site information. Furthermore, with development advanced techniques, more accurate complete like HCD be applied identify glycopeptides. this paper, we proposed heuristic algorithm for glycan de novo sequencing MS/MS N-linked Experiments conducted on dataset comprising 46 showed that our results were comparable those identified by GlycoMaster DB, designed database searching method.
