摘要: The viral transneuronal tracing method was used to identify the CNS cell groups that regulate parasympathetic and sympathetic outflow systems of pancreas. Pseudorabies virus (PRV) injected into pancreas vagotomized rats after 6 days survival, pattern labeling in regulatory regions determined. converse experiment performed order elucidate central Immunohistochemical methods were putative neuropeptide- catecholamine-containing neurons involved these circuits. major finding this study indicates five brain regions, viz., paraventricular hypothalamic nucleus, perifornical region, A5 catecholamine group, rostral ventrolateral medulla, lateral paragigantocellular reticular contain a considerable amount overlap body labeling. In addition, part periaqueductal gray matter gigantocellular ventral also showed similar overlap, but numbers found areas considerably lower than regions. These data suggest may provide parallel possibly redundant, autonomic pathways affecting glucagon adrenaline release.
