摘要: Bimodal clastic sedimentary rocks can be either "sand packed," where pebbles are dispersed through a continuous sandstone matrix, or "pebble partially wholly fills the interstices between framework of densely packed pebbles. The primary porosity bimodal reservoir may vary by factor 3 to 4, depending on packing state and relative proportions sand pebble-sized grains in rock. relations permeability porosity, water saturation quite different from those common reservoirs having unimodal grain-size distributions. effects bimodality diagenesis should considered separately for better understanding properties bimod l rocks.
