摘要: Cancer is among the most common causes of death in United States, second only to heart disease, and initiated by a loss cell cycle control resulting from deregulation oncogenes and/or tumor suppressor genes. Epigenetic changes, such as DNA methylation or histone modifications, are cancer cells leading altered gene regulation progression. Recently, studies have identified aberrant methyltransferase ( DNMT ) transcripts but not normal cells. Specifically, DNMT3B been shown role progression including ΔDNMT3B variants well DNMT3B7 . This review focuses on epigenetic changes caused s their suppression.
