摘要: Recent molecular studies show that ER-negative breast cancer results from the lack of ER gene transcription due to methylation CpG island 5' gene. Because is an early event in carcinogenesis and because methyl-deficient diets could result methylation, it relevant postulate may be a risk factor for with methylated genes (as opposed disease unmethylated genes). This molecular-based etiologic hypothesis facilitate epidemiological research on relationship between diet has been unclear until now.
