摘要: The present invention relates to an improved process for the preparation of Sucralose having purity at least 99.6% comprising steps (i) dissolving substantially impure in water (ii) treating solution obtained step with a partially immiscible solvent (iii) washing said phase amount sufficient remove polar impurities (iv) crystallizing product from (v) recrystallizing solid water.
