摘要: Autoimmune gastritis (AIG) is an experimental model that closely resembles human autoimmune gastritis, the underlying pathology of pernicious anemia. Pathogenic CD4+ T cells are reactive to parietal cell autoantigen, H/K ATPase, and controlled by CD4+CD25+ in immunosuppressive cytokine-independent manner. Comparison cell-mediated suppression other models shows inconsistencies with respect requirements cytokines for immunosuppression. More recent data, however, indicate evidence requirement IL-10 TGF-s could be due complex nature causing disease as well role induced regulatory populations. AIG provides a well-defined may allow better analysis vivo biology. Evidence from this indicates immune responses must initiated then recruited control quality response.
