摘要: Lung cancer in multiple first degree relatives had previously been attributed to smoking and inherited enzymes associated with increased activation of carcinogens smoke. There was not clear agreement on the significance testing methods for lung susceptibility. More recent studies have identified germline mutations even absence other plausible explanations their association caused by smoking. At this time, clinical various screening implications therapy are certain. This review summarizes currently cancer, but growing area research will very likely identify further significant as well.
