摘要: Recent work has reported mild impairments in social and emotional processing Tourette's syndrome (TS), but deliberate attempts to use specific emotion regulation strategies have not been investigated previously. In the present study, adult participants with TS no comorbidities (TS-alone) were compared healthy control on several self-report measures assessing habitual of reappraisal suppression strategies. There group differences reappraisal, TS-alone using more frequently than this was true across a range negative emotions. The groups did differ symptomatology scores anxiety or depression, although frequent associated higher depressive for only.
