摘要: Collagen and elastin are two fibrous proteins which occur in varying amounts practically every tissue. They particularly abundant the connective tissues. Collagen, possibly elastin, is extremely widespread throughout phylogenetic system. In last 15 years there has been a interest these proteins, including physiological clinico-pathological studies depend almost exclusively on an accurate determination of amount various good proportion studies, misunderstandings limitations methods used have reduced value published data. This article therefore concerned with critical evaluation quantitating collagen pointing out pitfalls to be encountered, recommending suitable for particular situations that currently under investigation many laboratories.
