摘要: A novel heterostructure made of polyaniline (PANI) nanoparticles coated by nanolayer bismuth oxide Bi2O3 was synthesized. The structure characterized scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, and transmission microscopy. These characterizations showed that the nanoshell pure crystalline, has thickness in range 10 nm. experiment on photoluminescence (PL) nanoparticle, at room temperature, shows an emission band peaked around 385 When compared with PL spectrum nanoparticles, about 100 times enhancement found nanoparticle. current density versus voltage (J–V) measurements dark illumination this heterojunction 4 orders magnitude rectification 3 under illumination. obtained power conversion efficiency (h ¼ 7.453%) much enhanced alone 8.33 T S4 %) indicates prepared represents a promising photovoltaic solar cell.
