摘要: Solid surfaces decorated with specific saccharide patterns can serve as a model for the chemically and structurally highly complex glycocalyx of eukaryotic cells. Here we present an approach based on self-assembled monolayers gold, which are built up in three-step manner to provide solid basis, biorepulsive oligoethylene glycol part, carbohydrate terminus modular way. Of different reaction sequences, one two consecutive ‘click reactions’ (the copper(I)-catalysed 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition alkynes azides thiourea-bridging isothiocyanates amines) directly ‘on SAM’ results densest layers, demonstrated by infrared absorption reflection spectroscopy ellipsometry. As ‘real life’ test, obtained this way were used bacterial adhesion experiments. biorepulsivity middle part SAMs well binding termini could be clearly demonstrated.
