摘要: Abstract In this article we report the application of non-Faradaic mode electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) for determination potassium ion (K + ) concentration using a guanine rich K -selective aptasensor -aptasensor). This is simple, electroactive probe free, sensitive and reproducible method allowing without any disturbance from probes used in similar works based on Faradaic EIS method. Herein, wide linear range concentrations (1 μM–0.1 mM) with 200 nM limit detection was achieved which better than most previously reported biosensing methods. The proposed maintains valuable applications when it presence potentially important interferences biological media. Thus, sensing presented -aptasensor can find an role clinical assay.
