摘要: Aleutian disease (AD) is the most significant health issue for farmed American mink. The objective of this study was to identify genomic regions subjected selection response infection with mink virus (AMDV) in using genotyping by sequencing (GBS) data. A total 225 black were inoculated AMDV and genotyped a GBS assay based on ApeKI-digested libraries. Five AD-characterized phenotypes used assign animals pairwise groups. Signatures detected integrated measurement fixation index (FST) nucleotide diversity (θπ), that validated haplotype-based (hap-FLK) test. 99 putatively selected harbouring 63 genes different gene ontology revealed numerous related immune (e.g. TRAF3IP2, WDR7, SWAP70, CBFB, GPR65), liver development SULF2, SRSF5) reproduction process FBXO5, CatSperβ, CATSPER4, IGF2R). hapFLK test supported two strongly contained five candidate response, virus-host interaction, regeneration. This provided first map putative signals mink, bringing new insights into controlling AD phenotypes.
