摘要: The present invention provides lactic acid bacteria which are suitable for use dietary products and pharmaceuticals, can suppress the increase of blood uric level. Various types were cultured in presence a purine, amount purine consumed degradation produced measured, several showing remarkable purine-decomposing ability selected. Lactic that assessed to have high according above-mentioned selection orally administered rats reared on purine-containing feed, general status serum level effect administration levels was examined. As result, significantly levels, Lactobacillus gasseri OLL2922, found.
