摘要: Chromosomal response to cold shock was studied in the polytene chromosomes of pupal foot pad cells Sarcophaga ruficornis. The stress given at -10o C and -20o for different time intervals. A single large puff induced region 12A chromosome arm II L. However, has no effect on any other complement. This is also by heat as well treatment with chemicals. Thus, it seems that a common set gene loci responsible puffing diverse stresses genus Sarcophaga.
