摘要: Our aim was to investigate the value of combined detection serum carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA), carbohydrate (CA) 19-9, CA 242 and 50 in diagnosis assessment prognosis consecutive gastric cancer patients. Clinical data including preoperative CEA, 242, values information on clinical pathological factors were collected analyzed retrospectively. Univariate multivariate survival analyses used explore relationship between tumor markers survival. Positive rates 17.7, 17.1, 20.4 13.8%, respectively, positive rate for all four 36.6%. Patients with elevated concentrations 50, had late stage significantly poorer overall Five-year patients 28.1, 25.8, 27.0 24.1%, compared 55.0, 55.4, 56.4 54.5% these at normal levels (p<0.01). In Cox proportional hazards analyses, an level determined be independent prognostic marker Combined increased diagnosis. showed higher diagnostic lower value. resectable carcinoma, associated disease stage, found a significant
