摘要: Aims: To demonstrate the safety, performance and efficacy of Endeavor™ Resolute™ stent in treatment patients with multiple-vessel as well single-vessel coronary artery disease but where only one lesion per patient was treated. Methods results: 130 were treated stent. Of these patients, 30 consented to a 4 month follow-up evaluation by quantitative angiography (QCA) intravascular ultrasound (IVUS) measurements, 100 9 QCA. Only lesions diameter stenoses > 50% lengths 14 mm 2.5 < 3.5 included. The device success rate 99.2%, procedure 96.2%. mean length 15.56±6.27 mm. overall day incidence major adverse cardiac events (MACE) 3.3%, which consisted entirely 5 cases peri-procedural non-Q-wave MI. QCA IVUS results at months for subgroup showed in-stent late lumen loss 0.12±0.26 mm, segment 0.05±0.20 Conclusions: this subset demonstrated excellent procedural when deployed up 27 length. stent, subset, associated low minimal amount neointimal hyperplastic in-growth.
