摘要: Abstract To the best of our knowledge, this study is first investigation to be performed into potential benefits mechanically mixed disinfectants in controlling bacterial inactivation. The purpose was evaluate disinfection efficiency oxidants with identical oxidant concentrations, which were made by adding small amounts subsidiary oxidants, namely ozone (O 3 ), chlorine dioxide (ClO 2 hydrogen peroxide (H O ) and chlorite − free available (Cl using Bacillus subtilis spores as indicator microorganisms. containing Cl /O , /ClO showed enhanced efficiencies (of up 52%) comparison alone, whereas no significant difference observed between oxidant, /H alone. This can explained synergistic effect itself intermediates such ClO are generated from reaction an excess a amount . Overall, suggests that incorporating constitute new moderately efficient method disinfection.
