摘要: Abstract It is the aim of this work to underline chemical character disinfection processes and present results treatment experiments for artificially electrochemically added chemicals focusing on chlorine components hydrogen peroxide obtained IrO 2 /RuO anodes. A discontinuous cell with rotating anode placed 4 mm above an expanded mesh cathode same diameter was used generation electrolysis products. The thermostated were carried out at a temperature 20 °C in constant current mode. Artificial solutions prepared using sodium salts deionised water electrolysed. Samples analysed DPD ( N , -diethyl- p -phenylendiamine) method. Escherichia coli K-12, Bacillus subtilis DSM 2277 Saccharomyces cerevisiae Kolin as test-microorganisms. Morphological changes studied transmission electron microscopy. show that electrolysed had higher lethal efficiency than Ca(OCl) measured active concentration. During killing period mainly inner parts microorganisms react chemically disinfectants. In sufficiently high concentrations reaction times, material continues react. Cell walls or membranes can break-through microscopy pictures show. Electrolysed microorganisms. This behaviour demonstrates existence additional by-products.
