摘要: The authors evaluated the isoniazid acetylating phenotype and measured hematocrit, hemoglobin, glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase glutathione reductase activities plus serum sulfadoxin levels in 39 patients with paracoccidioidomycosis (33 males 6 females) aged 17 to 58 years. Twenty one (53.84%) of presented a slow acetylatingphenotype 18(46.16%) fast phenotype. Glucose-6-phosphate- (G6PD) acti vity was decreased 5(23.80%) acetylators 4(22.22%) acetylators. Glutathione activity 14 (66.66%) 12 Serum free total Were higher acetylator (p < 0.02). Analysis resultspermitted us conclude that are related acetylatorphenotype. Furthermore, were always above 50 µg/ml, value considered therapeutic. deficiency observed 66% may be intestinal malabsorption nutrients, among them riboflavin, FAD precursor vitamin, inpatients paracoceidioidomycosis.
