摘要: Hemoglobin rates, hematocrit and glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase (G6PD) glutathione reductase activities were measured in 38 patients with paracoccidioidomycosis treated ketoconazole or sulfadoxin, 13 normal individuals. Ketoconazole-treated showed reduced G6PD activities. One of these was found to be G6PD-deficient suffered a hemolytic episode during treatment, which, however, did not require interruption therapy. The authors suggest that showing an erythrocyte enzyme defect should monitored hematologically treatment ketoconazole. They also is oxidant drug addition being possible inhibitor antioxidant enzymes.
