摘要: Using [3H]diazepam binding, high concentrations of receptors were found in the frontal cortex and lateral amygdala. Infusions chlordiazepoxide into amygdala induced a release responding measured during component conditioned emotional response task previously associated with an aversive stimulus. The appears to be important forebrain circuitry involved expression anxiety sensitive benzodiazepine drugs.
