Adrenal Insufficiency Associated with Cholestatic Jaundice: A Case Report

摘要: Summary Various disorders result in jaundice. Adrenal insufficiency is a rare cause of neonatal cholestasis, which reversible with prompt glucocorticoid administration. Cholestasis caused by adrenal has not been reported adult patients. We present case 65-year-old male jaundice and without hepatitis A, B, or C. Endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography showed patent biliary tract. Liver pathology revealed no malignancy but bile stasis compatible cholestatic hepatitis. The patient's persisted for 7 weeks, at the same time, was diagnosed. recovered therapy, cured.
